My celiac children loved their burgers on gluten free buns! No dedicated fryer but happily swapped out fries for fruit. Location at the base of peak 7, plus ability to make reservations in advance, made for an amazing lunch miss ski day!

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

Good for a salad + protein slopeside. Server was not super well-versed on GF options but went to the kitchen to check. They have GF buns but not a GF fryer. We got salmon sandwiches and the salmon was good but bun was not toasted and was soggy. Would come back in a pinch if we needed something on the mountain.
