It was so nice to have gluten-free options. The staff was nice & helpful, not to mention the food was good. I look forward to going back.

One of the worst GF meals I’ve ever had. Almost everything on the menu that is marked GS is cooked in a shared fryer. The corn shell for the tacos was hard flat and chewy. Inedible. Staff thought they were knowledgeable but when the manager came out to double check the order we had to change everything. Left hungry.

Fun beachy vibe. Gluten free options are clearly marked on the menu. I had chips and salsa and shrimp tacos, which came with more chips. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was just ok but beautiful beach and sunset views.

Shaggy’s is amazing when it comes to eating gluten free. I’ve had several managers come to our table to specifically make sure I am comfortable and am ordering safe foods and drinks. The wait staff is very knowledgeable. The food is amazing!

Staff was great and super helpful finding something I could eat. Anna was super awesome and the gentleman taking our drink order went out of his way to take care of my questions. The menu does not have a lot of options but some of the specials can be gluten free as well. I had the red fish special and it was amazing! I will definitely go back.

Nice place and good service, but not a lot of options for celiacs. Tortilla chips are fried in a shared frier. Was told by the waitress they are more a gluten friendly place.

The staff here are amazingly accommodating. My daughter has a gluten and dairy allergy and the manager gave us all of her options and what items can be modified to make sure she had the meal she wanted and everything was safe. He then returned to the table when the food arrived and made sure it came out as ordered.

Great restaurant right on the beach! GF items are clearly marked on the menu. I had the shrimp artichoke dip w/tortilla chips and royal red peel n eat shrimp. No issues at all. The service was FANTASTIC, everyone was super friendly especially our server Ryan. The outside patio is pet friendly - bonus!! Loved everything about this place!!

They have a great menu and take the issue seriously.
No
gluten free menu, but there's a warning on the menu for cross contamination.
No
They had a separate gluten free menus
They have a gluten free menu!!! OMG! Had the grilled shrimp basket with sweet potatoe fries. So far so good! Thumbs up for this restaurant!
Served my gf meal with hush puppies on top of it and my salad had croutons. Waitress was great...she was mortified when I kept having to send my food back. Kitchen staff didn't seemed to concerned with preventing cross. I wound up sick as a dog afterterwards. Definitely will not be eating there again. Thumbs up forcthechard working and knowledgeable wait staff but their kitchen doesn't have their back.

I ate here twice on our trip visiting Biloxi. They have a pretty big menu of gluten free choices and our server Mikee was great and told us they had dedicated fryers for the gluten free options. I had the seafood platter with sweet potato fries and salad with an appetizer of chips and salsa. Everything I had was delicious! I am a super sensitive Celiac and I did not get sick! I loved the location, the view, the food and the GF menu!
Yes
My waitress was knowledgeable and made sure food was gf. Had nachos and chicken quesadillas.
Do not eat here! I was excited that they had a large GF menu until I found a croton in my salad, they brought out my boiled shrimp with bread on top. They replaced my meal, but then the supervisor after assuring me that everyone here really IS in the know about gluten, offered me a fried green tomatoes to "make me feel better" Uh thanks, but no thanks!!

They have a gluten free menu, but they are getting rid of it per the waitress. I tried to order the shrimp tacos with corn tortillas and the waitress said they were out of corn and if flour would be ok??? Uh no!!! Duh!!!!
They have a GF menu here... But be careful. I ordered the chicken tacos and after one bite I knew something was wrong. Despite having a gluten free menu and pointing to what I wanted on that menu, the waitress had ordered me the regular tacos. It had potential.
Awful. Horrible. Terrible. Very few options. Idiot staff. Server insisted that fryer was safe then served my gluten intolerant daughter battered fries from the supposedly safe fryer. Celiac spouse was afraid to eat.
On top of the lack of knowledge and training the food was pretty awful.
No
Lots of "gluten-free" options but NO dedicated fryer. Celiac's and those who suffer from cross-contamination be wary. Salads are your best bet.

Great GF menu. View is great too!
I had the Shaggy's Snapper, one of the GF menu options and it was very good, mushroom cream sauce included and with shrimp on top. Enough for 2 people really.

When I mentioned celiac, the waitress called over the manager to take my order. I had no issues with the Cobb salad, but there weren’t a lot of safe options.

Items are marked as GF on the menu BUT in many cases it means there is a GF option for the dish. Be sure to tell your waiter or waitress that you need to eat GF. They've always been able to explain the options easily. I can't have a couple of the items marked GF due to cross-contamination but I still have a few options with decent variety. Nice sunset views on the bay. Oh, and they are dog friendly and will happy bring you a water bowl. They even have two or three menu items for your pup.

An enjoyable meal in a fun, beachy atmosphere with large windows, overseeing the gulf. Craig, the manager, assured us they accommodate gluten free diners often and have their kitchen staff change gloves and utensils to prevent cross contact with any gluten-containing foods. He even had the cooks make my Bahama Grilled mahi-mahi without oil. The peel-n-eat royal reds made for a greater starter for a shrimp-lover like me. The Southwestern Bowl had tender grilled chicken. I’ll be back!

I’m sorry to say I did not have good experience at the restaurant in Gulfport, MS. My server said he checked with the kitchen regarding gluten free options. I told him clearly that I had a “wheat allergy.” When my entree arrived it had bread laid across the top of the meal. When I questioned the bread being gluten free, he had no idea. I sent the dish back requesting it be remade “absolutely gluten free”. The manager ended up having to get involved. My food finally arrived long after the rest of our group had eaten. I did not get sick but it was a huge hassle and even the manager didn’t seem overly concerned that the order had been botched so severely.
