My daughter (13, celiac) ordered a burger with a gf bun here tonight and got very sick afterwards. The server assured her that it would be cooked separately and prepared safely.

Burger was alright. Despite me informing the cashier it is an allergy, they toasted the bun. Avoid the fries, they are in the same frier as the breaded chicken.

Most Shake Shack locations offer gluten-free buns for burgers. A lettuce wrap is also an option.
I typically have great experiences with Shake Shack and even this location.
However, today, I had the worse experience I’ve EVER had at amy food establishment. I wouldn’t recommend that anyone with celiacs come to this location. The staff clearly doesn’t understand allergies or the severity thereof.
There was gluten on my burger. When I asked them to remake it with proper precautions they diminished and ridiculed me. Maybe I’ve been lucky as a celiac but I’m usually approach with concern and questions about my allergy. Today I was approach with blatant disrespect, annoyance and honestly bullying. I will not be going to this location again and I hope that other celiacs take this as a warning.

Gluten free buns were pretty good, such good food
Go bunless? That's your big gluten free option? A burger needs a bun.
Just had a cheeseburger and a shake, afraid to try the fries, but didn't get sick. Usually I'm pretty sensitive.
Good burgers. Good with limiting the possibilities of cross contamination.
Shake Shack has a gluten free bun, their burger is good for fast food. This location did not bring my gluten free burger n bun separately on a different tray as to avoid cross contamination. Other locations I have visited have put my burger on a separate tray or bag to prevent cross contamination. I did advise person taking my order that I need to be gluten free. Ask them to put celiac/allergy into the order when placed. Burger was good but concerned about possible contamination.
