The staff that rang me up seemed knowledgeable and the burger was yummy. You can’t eat the fries, though, and their shake sauce has gluten in it. I was a little thrown off that my bun was grilled, as I don’t know if that was safe, and I’m used to being told places avoid the grill because of cross contamination. I felt tired after, but no other intense symptoms. So, I think I got a bit of cross contamination there, but not as bad as I usually react. Maybe inquire more than I did about cc.

Great experience, multiple times! Staff will ask if allergy or preference. You can’t rush perfection, give them about 5 extra minutes to get it together....

Mediocre. They have gluten free buns and seemingly good allergen control, but the menu is very restricted. You can basically get a burger and nothing else.

When I ordered a burger with a gf bun, they asked if it was an allergy or a preference. My allergy was noted on their system and clearly printed on the order paper that came with my tray. No dedicated fryer so couldn't get the fries. The gluten free bun didn't fall apart.

Very friendly staff that checked everything for me. Shack sauce is produced in a facility that contains wheat. They have gf buns but not a dedicated facility. Fries also contain gluten. Had a burger with gf bun and no reactions. Inform them of your allergy and they will be very accommodating

Great little restaurant.

When we said GF bun the server yelled into the back to ensure they understood it was “an allergy”. The kitchen folks yelled back and confirmed.

Burger tasted good.

Fries are not GF as fryer is shared with chicken burgers.

Prima en smaakvolle hamburgers! Smaakte daadwerkelijk naar echt vlees en het gv broodje was prima. Veel meer waar voor je geld dan de gele M. Wel wat vet helaas maar erg smaakvol en grote porties.

Shake Shack has a gluten free bun, their burger is good for fast food. This location did not bring my gluten free burger n bun separately on a different tray as to avoid cross contamination. Other locations I have visited have put my burger on a separate tray or bag to prevent cross contamination. I did advise person taking my order that I need to be gluten free. Ask them to put celiac/allergy into the order when placed. Burger was good but concerned about possible contamination.
