I went here because of the other favorable reviews, and was SO excited because I had been here years ago in my pre-celiac days and loved it.
Couple things to mention...
First time, great waitress who knew what celiac was. She talked to manager. I loved my Reuben.
Second time, waitress didn't know what gluten was. Barely spoke English. Didn't talk to manager, and I got udi's bread untoasted with no condiments just meat and cheese. Was done with lunch before she brought mustard.
It is NOT a dedicated fryer for fries, and the gf bread is toasted on same toaster as regular.
I wish the manager would train staff better, and be more clear. Next time, if I go again, I will ask for manager.
