Went to the one in Bentonville and they did so well!! They made sure to give me a separate menu and cooked everything in the back on a separate kitchen area. Can't have the noodles of course but can have almost everything else. They make sure to use safe soy sauce. The hibachi chef counted everyone and made sure that I did not get anything that was contaminated. I was very impressed!! It was so good! The server and chef were very knowledgeable.

Scared me to death. I am very cross contamination sensitive so I was nervous about going. My waitress was very knowledgeable. But then my food was brought out by another waiter. I ask him for a gluten-free soy sauce and he brings me a bottle different from the one on the table but I read the bottle and it says wheat in the ingredients. So I don’t use it and my waitress comes back and tell her this bottle says it’s not gluten-free. She says it’s likely it’s gluten-free because they just wash and refill jars. But it is possible it’s filled the wrong sauce there’s no way of knowing. She get me sauce from the back from the big container that’s gluten-free but there’s no way to know forsure your getting a safe meal.

I’ve eaten here several times and haven’t had any reaction! They make the gf hibachi in a separate part of the kitchen and they also have gf soy sauce!

Celiac friendly?

Yes

Only place I've gotten hibachi! They make the gluten free food in the back so there's no cross contamination, but you get to feel like you're eating the same thing. You don't get the noodles that come with it, but I asked for extra rice as a replacement and they were very willing! Food was absolutely Delicious and no reaction! I don't have celiac (wheat allergy), so I don't want to say it's definitely celiac friendly, but with all the precautions they took I felt very safe eating there.

Very accommodating for needs. Carries gluten free soy sauce and knowledgable of requirements.
