I love Shuckers but I have been glutened twice. I ordered their signature house salad (no wontons) and peel and eat shrimp. Both dishes say gluten free. Both occasions I have become sick. I will not be eating there again - there must be soy sauce in the dressing. Unfortunately kitchen staff and wait staff doesn’t understand gluten allergy

Glutened every time. Finally gave up.
Does not have a gluten-free menu. They do mark some items available as GF but that’s because they leave out the item with gluten in it
I had a gluten reaction here, and I still don't know what caused it. I ordered strictly GF. Must have been contamination. I was told there was no separate GF menu, though one reviewer mentioned one was available. Waitstaff was not knowledgeable about GF. Very limited options. No GF bread. The waitperson offered celery instead of pita points to dip in crab dip and again when asked about GF alternative to table hushpuppies (which are brought out to the table like bread while ordering). No GF desserts. Inconsistencies related to GF markings on the menu. Very disappointed. Shuckers was a favorite restaurant before going GF. I do not recommend for GF.
No
No issues from a gluten-free perspective, except that there were no gluten-free desserts on the menu, but the reason for my low rating is that they tried to get away with giving me cheap wine instead of the wine I had ordered, presumably assuming that I would not notice that what was in my glass was not the wine I'd be paying for. I wonder how often they do that and get away with it.
Gluten free menu available on request
