The cashier was so helpful with what was gluten free and what items were at largest risk of cross contamination. My daughter had a shredded chicken bowl with no pepper and onions. It was really good.

I've been to Sir Veza's across from gate C-14 two separate times when flying through Sky Harbor airport. Both times, I enjoyed the shredded chicken bowl and a glass of Redbridge very much. Its a large portion! Let the cashier know you have celiac, and they will make a special notation for the cook. With this being said, it's still an airport quick-food place, so always do your due diligence.

According to airport information, this place offers GF items. Hostess very nicely explained everything on the menu comes in contact with grill surface or oil that also cooks flour containing ingredients. Not safe for celiacs. Even the salads - the proteins are cooked on the grill and the bacon is fried in oil.

I got horribly sick for three days after eating here. I asked all the questions, they said they removed anything that had gluten in it, said they cooked my corn tortillas in foil but nevertheless, I somehow got so horrendously sick. It was tasty but don’t recommend. Must have had some hidden gluten in it.

They do not control cross contamination. At least they told me before I ordered.
Easy to read menu, friendly staff who are knowledgeable, and food that is both spicy (red salsa) and tasty! I recommend the carve asada bowl, no reaction beside happiness :)
Cashier was very knowledgeable, they changed their gloves and made note that I was Celiac. Decent food, too!
Had a bowl and it was so yummy! She noted on my order it was an allergy. So grateful for good gluten free airport food!
The person taking my order was also celiac and had great recommendations of what to get and what to avoid. They also have a dedicated work space and tools for gluten free preparation of your food. Overall they did a great job and made sure to be as safe as possible with cross contamination. Definitely recommend when traveling in/out of Phoenix Sky harbor.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They had the cook change her gloves when I told them I was a celiac. I had the burrito bowl with pork carnitas, which had a little bit of everything, and I stayed away from potatoes and chips as other reviewers recommended. Portions were very filling and the food was pretty good.
Typically adequate airport food. The bacon is crunchy and prices are affordable for the airport (max price $13 for an entree). I ordered a bacon bowl, which arrived without the bacon.. attention to detail is lacking. However, I appreciate the ability to accommodate gluten allergies/celiac. The menu shows bowls, tamales, and corn tortillas as gluten free, however the fryer is NOT dedicated so anything with chips or potatoes is not safe for celiac. The girl who took my order understood the need to change gloves before preparing my food as her sister has celiac, so that was helpful. She also notified me of the fryer being shared. The bowl was filled with unevenly cut green onions and green olives, which was a bit odd. It was warm, not hot. I finished most of it. Not many options in this area of the terminal so at least we got to eat.
Yes
Good food, was not wanting to do bowl and always worry about corn tortillas being fully GF...staff was very helpful and ran through GF options, chose carnitas tacos and they were very good. Good amount of food; two nice-sized tacos and a side of black beans and rice.
Items are marked GF that are fried in shared fryer. If you get the breakfast tacos, ask for no potatoes on side. Food was good but not sure I’ll survive unscathed.
Great breakfast tacos and chorizo!
For awhile the food was awesome, the staff was great, and we loved having a safe place to eat. However, something has changed. We were told that if they were "busy" they would use the "dedicated" fryer for unsafe items. I was so sad to lose this place, we used to visit a couple of times a month.

Delicious! Had the nitro nachos and one beef and one veggie tamale before boarding the plane. Will be back.
Fish tacos highly under cooked Not celiac safe - beware cross contamination.

Awesome to find a place to eat that is actually great and gluten free!
So excited not to have to eat granola bars and chips for dinner! This was the best airport meal ever! Food was so good and the staff knew how to answer my questions well.
Perfect for a gf dinner at the airport in a pinch. Options are marked, food is good, and portions are decent for the price (especially considering it's airport food)!
Great food for an airport option. Had the chicken bowl and it compares to Chipotle.
Good option at PHX airport!

Had the loaded chicken and beef nachos, the cashier/order taker said the food preps change gloves when handling for gf items, was very good, items on menu are labeled gf, feels safe

Not many options but all of them seem good, got a grilled chicken bowl thingy that's pretty tasty, will update if there's any issues.
GF options listed on the menu. Tasty and filling tacos.
