Not a lot of options here. I was lucky enough to get a server who was knowledgeable as they have another Celiac customer. FYI ~ the fresh vegetables are cooked using their pasta water so that is not a safe option, neither is the Thousand Island dressing. I ordered a steak with only salt and pepper as seasoning, spinach, and the salad. The salad does not come with croutons so that good, but check it before eating. My first one came out with a drizzle of dressing that looked like someone accidentally drizzled Thousand Island on it; when I pointed it out she apologized and immediately replaced it.

No measures taken to prevent cross contamination. Spouse ordered a baked potato and cooked mixed vegetables. Mixed vegetables had two pieces of pasta in it. This was after asking about GF options and stating she had Celiac Disease. The host was very nice. The waiter was nice but wasn't very aware nor attentive.
