All the pizzas can be made gluten free. They have a separate oven for the gf and the oven guy assured me they do everything they can to avoid cross contamination. I had the sky high - delicious toppings. The crust was nice and crispy with a good bite, but after I’d eaten a couple of pieces I noticed a slight starchy aftertaste. But it wasn’t too bad, and it was such a treat to be able to eat together with my non-celiac friends.
