Came for pizza and asked about their precautions. They use a separate rack of the oven and have separately cutters. I asked for clean gloves and the made note of the level of severity for the allergy. Felt confident ordering. The girl at the front desk knew right away that we could not order pizza with the Alfredo sauce but all other sauces are safe

Ordered the GF diavola last night. Confirmed with the host that they cook the gluten free pies in a separate oven space, and told her I have celiac and she marked it as a celiac/gluten allergy on the ticket.

The pizza was really really good but I ended up getting sick overnight, so this place does not seem to be safe for celiacs.

A must stop! Friendly staff and super knowledgeable. I was able to have gluten free and dairy free pizza pie which is a hard find. The meal was delicious the only down side is I’m traveling through and likely never to return. You must go!

This place has some of the best pizza in the country (and I’m from NY)! The guy who runs it is very kind and understanding of celiac— they even have a separate oven for the GF pizzas! I will be telling all my celiac friends to visit Joshua Tree not just for the park but for the pizza!

Great service, great pizza crust! I have Celiac and I had absolutely no issues here. They even have dairy free cheese which is a plus. Would definitely go back!

All the pizzas can be made gluten free. They have a separate oven for the gf and the oven guy assured me they do everything they can to avoid cross contamination. I had the sky high - delicious toppings. The crust was nice and crispy with a good bite, but after I’d eaten a couple of pieces I noticed a slight starchy aftertaste. But it wasn’t too bad, and it was such a treat to be able to eat together with my non-celiac friends.

As a New Yorker, I’m very pleased w the outcome of this pizza. The crust is actually fluffy and quite good. But I wouldn’t say it’s the most magical pizza of my entire life. The place is busy and lacking ambiance of any kind but it gets the job done safe and sound, which is all our kind can ask for in these desolate desert parts

Truly the most delicious gluten free pizza I have ever had! They make the gluten free dough in a separate part of the kitchen and take very safe measures. If I was local I would eat here frequently! The staff was super nice and made us feel welcome.

Chef Jason and staff were very mindful of celiac & gluten allergies. They make their own GF dough in a separate area many feet away from the gluten dough. They have a dedicated separate GF pizza oven and separate pans and cutters.
