I told them I had a gluten allergy and the server changed his gloves and got a new knife and cutting board. They also had a menu with a list of allergens in each item on their website that I used to order. I felt fine after eating there.

Nothing is gluten free here. Staff handle bread regularly and touch everything with those gloves. From the pickles to the meat. Do not eat here if you have Celiac. I was lucky enough to stand in a long line and watch them. I left without ordering. This place should have 1 star.

Walked in with a team of girls. According to the reviews I felt somewhat confident trying some meats. But after waiting in line and observing their procedures became skeptical. Then a friend of the owners came in and was yelling over to the cooks and laughing. He said what do you have today Gluten Free. They all laughed and said nothing. Then joked about their gloves touching everything including the bread and laughed again. Needless to say, I watched the group eat and went elsewhere afterwards. Very disappointed with their attitudes.

The staff changed gloves when I said I had celiac. They knew which sides were safe for me to eat. Was very impressed! Ribs were fall off the bone tender and best beef polish sausage I’ve had at a BBQ joint.
Yes
