This was the best gluten free pasta I’ve ever had. I had the Fruta di Mari and it was excellent! I didn’t feel sick at all afterward. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend. Best GF pizza I’ve ever had! They cooked on foil to help with cross contamination.

I normally don’t eat at pizza places as the risk of cross contamination is too high. That being said, I was with a group who decided to go to Slice. After reading good reviews I decided to go along. The server seemed very helpful, the restaurant has protocols in place and seemed very confident. They put aluminum foil under GF pizzas and use new utensils. The GF crust was very good, one of the best I have had; unfortunately I did get sick. I then tested my left over pizza with my Nima and it detected gluten. I wish I had my Nima at the restaurant but I wasn’t expecting to need it. Hopefully this will be a learning experience for Slice, but I will not be back as I don’t think they can safely prepare a pizza.

We called in advance to make sure that the pizza is Celiac safe. They assured us that the dough is separate and the pizza is cooked with protective aluminum foil around it in the same oven. The pizza is incredible. Light and crispy. The only other pizza we have found like this is Marco’s that has dough from Italy. Get leftovers because the pizza is super good cold!

THE.BEST.PIZZA.EVER. Truly, I eat all over the country and this is the best GF pizza I've had. They understand GF and ask when ordering if it is celiac or not. Highly recommend, glad I tried them early in my trip so I could eat there every day.

My celiac daughter said their pizza crust was better than some she ate in Italy. My gluten free family begged to go back and eat here again and we weren't disappointed either time. Gf pasta was excellent. The menu had great vegetarian and vegan options while still being true to Italian cuisine. Fantastic!

The gluten free pizza crust was fantastic - very light and airy. Possibly the best I’ve ever had! They do want to know if you are celiac, not gluten intolerant, very knowledgeable.

The Gluten-Free crust for their 10” pizzas here was unlike anything we’ve ever had! Chewy, crispy, and the crust edges were puffy like “regular” crust. The manager came out to assure us they take special care with GF by using new gloves, preparing in special clean area, and baking away from other pizzas and on fresh tin foil. It was perfect and the three celiacs in my family were happy and no one is sick this morning!!! Thrilled.
