We eat here every year for our annual ski trip. The servers have always been very knowledgeable and the food is wonderful. Nothing fried is safe, but the meats and sauces and some sides are safe. The wings are not safe because even though it says smoked, they finish them in the fryer.

Our server was helpful in suggesting what I could safely eat but wasn’t the friendliest. I went for the steak (no seasonings) and mashed potatoes and fire roasted corn. So far, I’m okay but I’ll update if anything changes.
My only negatives are that the water was served from old Tin Cup Whiskey bottles and I overheard the servers mock quite a few customers. They even gossiped behind the bar because I ordered a cab and noticed they poured me a pino and they made it seem like a big deal because I “drank half of it” before I said anything when in reality, I had 2 sips.

I asked the server for best GF options since I have celiac disease. He was very knowledgeable about which of their menu items contained wheat (including the meat rubs, seasonings, and sauces). I opted for a bunless BBQ pork entree with the corn chips instead of the seasoned fries (they don't have a dedicated fryer).
When the food came out, I wasn't expecting to see a seasoning on the corn chips, so I asked to double check which of the seasonings are celiac safe. The same server came out to look at my entree and reassured me that what was in my basket was all GF -- and it was!
The BBQ pork was so delicious!! I was able to eat with my husband and our friends and I definitely did not feel my meal was lacking in any way. We ate outside in the shade on their patio and it was a lovely time.
We did not order any alcoholic drinks with our lunch, so I can't comment on their beer selections, but we saw that they have a full bar.
