Review of Smashburger

Staff was completely unprepared when I asked for a gluten free menu. She said they didn’t have one but “I’m pretty sure everything is GF except maybe the bread,” so I asked the manager for help. No real menu, but they do have a spreadsheet of their allergens. It didn’t have everything on their menu, though, such as the chili. They don’t have a separate fryer, so fries aren’t safe.

No separate kitchen prep area for any of the GF stuff, they were really busy, & I should’ve known better than to risk it. I was sick by the time I finished my burger. I won’t be back.
