Review of Smashburger

I have been to Smashburger before and they always do a great job, they always ask when I Order GF if it is a allergy or preference, I've never been sick, and the burgers are great! But my last visit was awful! They did not mark my burger, so when I got home I could not tell which burger was mine or my gluten eater husband.... So no burger for me! At least I had my smash fries! But when I was almost to the bottom I took a bite of (a very tasty) onion ring! I dumped them out and there was a good 5 to 6...... I knew it was going to be a rough week, So I called the manager to let him know.... All he said was, that he was sorry and that there was a new guy in the kitchen, And we can't guarantee... They do have a dedicated fryer, I ask every time! He could have cared less! So Sad!
