I've never gotten sick here, but you need to be careful. People get different answers about the fries, but once I had it explained in detail. There are separate fryers, but they sit next to each other and splatter into the other. That's quite disappointing, but the fact is that my Mom (who is not a very sensitive Celiac) eats the fries without problem. I would never try it because I am very sensitive. I only eat the burgers on the GF bun (not toasted). 1 burger isn't enough food. 2 burgers is too much burger without a side. Nonetheless, it's good in a pinch. I've eaten there probably a dozen times safely.
Yes
Ate here twice with no problem (just a burger though). They share oil in the fryers so fries aren't safe. Although they use Hagen daaz ice cream for the shakes, I'm guessing they use the same machine for every type of shake whether gluten free or not, so I wouldn't try it
Yes
Even though the receipt said gluten free fries, they actually mix the oil between the onion rings fryer. They also toast the gluten free bun in the dirty toaster with wheat buns. I got sick.
No
When I used to go here, it was great. But then all the sudden, they told me their milkshakes weren’t gluten free because of the ice cream they use, but I always got milkshakes there and never got sick. I also eat hagen daz ice cream often and it says gluten free on the label. I don’t know what happened.
Really helpful order taker helped walk me through the menu and answered all of my questions.
Very good and conscious about Celiac Disease. I have eaten there plenty of times and haven’t gotten sick, I’m very sensitive. I do test the fries every time even know they tell me they filter the grease with the other fryers.
Yes
Nice to have a GF bun option. Line can get crazy long during the weekend.
Yes
good food and seemed well-trained.
Lots of options and staff was knowledgeable.
Burgers can purchased on udi's gf buns
Took allergy seriously, had a good bun and reassured on safety of preparation process.

Good burger and safe fries. I think a $2 upcharge for the gf bun is absurd but what can you do? They also have dairy-free shakes that are very good although a little unusual.

Everything can be Gluten free. GF bun, fries are supposedly GF, but I didn't confirm. no bad reaction. The shake was pretty good too!

We’ve been here countless times and I’ve never had an issue. Very easy online ordering and the gf bun is good for the burgers. Fries and tater tots are in a dedicated fryer. I never opt for the milkshakes though since the brand they use isn’t gf.

No options. They had gluten free buns but all the food is cooked together so none of the options are safe.

— No gluten-free information on the menu
