Experience was top tier! Owner was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. Was assured everything (bun and fries) were gluten free and that when my specific ticket printed there were so many specific protocols followed to ensure it was safe. Will be back again. Best bun I have had! Didn’t trust that they were gluten free because they weren’t falling apart LOL but I knew it was.

Delicious! We got regular burgers, veggie burgers and fries. Everything in the restaurant is gluten free except their regular buns which they keep separate. The gluten free bun was the best we’ve tasted. On this visit we don’t have our celiac family member but I would be very comfortable bringing her here. We really appreciated their dedication to excellence and hard work - to be gluten free but also in general (let’s support places like this!)

It was such a treat to get a burger and fries. I spoke with the owner(?) and he was very attentive to needing it gluten free and spoke about the process they went through to have a bakery make them a bun that even gluten eaters would appreciate. The fries were excellent! Just potatoes sliced to offer, blanched, and fried in a dedicated gluten free fryer. He said they are developing fried chicken next. Well worth a stop if you are gluten free and looking for a delicious burger.

We stopped here while traveling through Knoxville. I had a delicious smashed chicken sandwich on a very good GF bun. The fries were also GF. An excellent quick meal! Update March 2023 - we stopped here again on our way through Knoxville because this place is so so good!!

Amazing experience! The burgers are outstanding and the service is even better. The entire menu is gf except for the potato buns. They have gf buns that are prepared separately in a different part of the kitchen. Every gf allergy is flagged and they have proper protocols in place. Very clean and welcoming. Everything except the potato bun is gluten free and they do a great job training their staff on cross contamination. The fries could be the best I’ve ever had and although it was a little pricey at $50 for 2 burgers and drinks, it was definitely worth it and we will be back soon!

We are from out of town and just stopped here for lunch based on reviews regarding GF. I have celiac disease so I'm always careful even if a place SAYS they understand gluten-free/cross contamination etc. Food was awesome for both me and my husband (he can have wheat). Everything is GF except for the wheat buns that they store separately. Casual place, fast and friendly service--we would definitely come back!

The food was delicious and they were very accommodating with our allergies. The gluten free buns are vegan and only contain soy as a allergen.

My mom has a dairy, egg, and wheat allergy. They were very helpful and brought the gluten free bun box out for us to read the ingredients before we ordered.

It was a little on the higher end for burgers and fries, but I would definitely eat here again.

Alright, I have been gluten free for almost 10 years because of allergy. Since moving to Knoxville a lot of restaurants carry a gluten free bun but don’t have a dedicated fryer. This place goes above and beyond, you can get any of their food gluten free, other than their cookies but genuinely being able to eat everything on my plate felt amazing. And their price, is their price, no up charge for the gluten free bun and since they only have fries that they fry no up charge for the dedicated fryer either. Truly good food and just an amazing location.

AMAZING. Had the Truffle Burger Rad Style. Truffle sauce was delicious. Fries were perfectly cooked and the burgers had a wonderful char. Definitely recommend. Were told by staff everything except the potato bun and spicy ketchup are GF - so we felt very safe eating there. It was also very clean.

This place is awsome and very gluten aware. They put on their gloves and use a seperate fryer for the french fries. And unlike 5 Guys I get a delicious GF bun that actually holds together when I eat. The service is great and it is so nice to eat a normal hamburger meal and not worry. I would give them 10 stars if possible.

Staff was very knowledgeable. Made sure gloves were changed and explained the whole process. Gluten free buns are toasted on the grill. Regular buns are toasted in a toaster and nothing gluten containing goes on the grill. Fries are safe. Only spicy sauce was not safe to eat. Very yummy.

Amazing burger with gf bun. We decided to stop as we were driving through the area to Gatlinburg and are looking forward to stopping again on the way home. Husband (celiac) said it was the best burger he had in a long time. Fries were delicious too. Only French fries go in the fryer. It’s located in the Marble City Market.
