Took very good care of our dietary restrictions. I had a burger that had queso on it and he even asked to be sure it wasn't thickened with flour. The gf bun was good!

Menu offers gluten free bun options with any of their sandwiches and burgers. It was delicious and didn’t fall apart, like most GF buns. Server was knowledgeable about cross contamination and did warn me about the fries not having a dedicated fryer. Everyone in our party enjoyed their food and drink options.

My husband and I had lunch here. I'm gluten free and they had a gluten free menu. The service was good and the server was helpful with the GF options. My husband and I both had the grilled BBQ chicken and baked beans. Both were tasty though for the price, only one sided was included and the portion of baked beans was on the small side. My chicken was not seasoned because of being GF, but with the BBQ sauce, bacon, and cheese on top, I didn't even notice. All in all, a good meal and I would go back. But be advised, there is most likely cross contamination. Also, there are a lot of stairs to climb. The restaurant is on the second floor and the restrooms are on the third.

Wonderful establishment! Great service! The food is out of this world! My GF girl and myself both enjoyed the GF options they provided. The service was extremely knowledgeable with the menu and gave great suggestions. We loved it so much the first night we went back the second night and had the same server!

It says right on the menu the bread is grilled on the same grill as the meat. The sandwich is not gluten free or celiac safe.

Restaurant has the potential to be one of the few celiac safe places in Gatlinburg..... But they fall way short. If you come here, be prepared to ask for a manager to explain if specific dishes can be made GF. There is much misinformation between servers, menu (GF items marked), and allergen menus. Non-gf items are marked GF and unsafe items are marked safe. The menu is in need of some serious updates, and the staff is in need of training before I would recommend coming here. That being said, there are plenty of good options for those willing to spend some time asking questions...

We ate the hamburgers with gluten free buns. Had no trouble. We didn’t try the fries even though they have their own fryer. We had mashed potatoes and broccoli as sides. Wings say gluten free but are fried in a fryer with other foods!

The gluten free options on the menu are a relic of the gluten free fad from years back. They do have buns have not carried bread slices “for years” according to the server even though it’s listed on the menu. They do not have a dedicated fryer, so you’re limited with sides to broccoli, mashed potatoes, or cole slaw as of May 2022.

Horrible experience, asked questions about the listed gf items and the items sauces or dressings options. The manager said all dressings and sauces contain gluten. They didn't have any of them listed on the allergen menu either. Wait staff was wonderfully honest going its a very unsafe location for celiac/ wheat allergies and cross contamination will happen. Items listed as gf would come with no sauces or dressings for salads.

Great service. Do not eat the fries as suggested in previous comments. She said they try to keep it fries only but it doesn’t realistically happen. So I had a burger mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Delicious. Food not flagged but everyone can recognize that Udis bun for sure. Good food. Cool looking place. Don’t feel sick few hours later so I say it’s good to go. Pretty sensitive celiac here. Best of luck in Gatlinburg there isn’t much to eat here, but this place was one I’ll return.

Menu is clearly marked with GF symbols but the waitress shared a menu of what could be modified to GF. I really enjoyed the Chef Salad with grilled chicken. I will return!

Food was decent. Extremely difficult to order for pick up - called 10 times over a 15 minute period before anyone answered. Felt rushed to order and didn’t get a lot of answers. Ordered salad, but the GF selections are slim.

We saw the menu posted outside had items marked gluten free. They had a selection of burgers and sandwiches that you could get bread or GF buns. I asked about getting a French Dip and the waitress went thru each option and ended up with the bun. The waitress said the fries are done in a dedicated fryer. Couldn’t have the tarter sauce buThe food tasted wonderful. Great service and will go back

I would avoid this place if you are celiac, staff not sure of gf protocols and the options are very limited-2 salads, gf buns for burgers that are prepared in common area and common surfaces. They only have gf buns sometimes and they did not have them when we went so we could only choose between two salads with no dressing.

Great Cobb salad, huge serving. Only drawback was you have to climb stairs to get to seating area, no elevator. Ok if you are not mobility challenged.

They don't cook bread and meat in the same spot on the grill so that was a start. The server wasn't certain on some things but she made sure to go and ask the kitchen and I felt very confident she was working to keep us safe. The food was good and we were happy.
