Meats and marinades were all gluten free. The fryer is cross contaminated, so the safest sides are coleslaw and potato salad.
Make sure to ask the server about what is safe, as the menu does not mark items as gluten free. The staff are very accommodating and aware of the risks, making sure to clean work surfaces and use different gloves.
I had the smoked brisket, which was very tender; I didn't use a knife once the entire meal. Would go for ribs next time
