There’s a note at the top of the menu stating that everything, except the mac & cheese and bread, is gluten free! Our food was served quickly. You could tell that everything was freshly made & it was delicious!
On our way out, we saw the owner & when I mentioned that I have Celiac, he said that they’ve worked hard to make food that everyone can safely enjoy.
We will definitely be back and cannot wait to try more items!

I reached out ahead of our visit to ensure what GF options they had. Here is the managers response
All of the foods are GF aside from our Texas Tang and True Grit bbq sauces as they are made with a small amount of soy sauce. The chili has a bottle of beer in it as does the cheese sauce. The cornbread is not GF.
Soon all offerings will be GF, cornbread aside. They have a dedicated French fry and Brussel sprout fryer.

Stopped in with my family tonight and could not be happier. The food was amazing. I talked with the owner (incredibly nice guy) and he said that the ingredient transitions mentioned in the previous review have been completed. All sauces and all but 2 menu items (Mac and cheese and corn bread) are now gluten free. Gluten free beer is now used in the chili and in the cheese sauce, and tamari has replaced all soy sauce. He said if a person was willing to bring in their own cooked pasta, they could have cheese sauce put on it to make Mac and cheese. I love that they offer kids plates that are general kids fare, but also offer a more sophisticated kids’ sampler plate as well. (I have a 10 year old who loves to eat like an adult, but still only has a kiddo tummy - it was perfect for her). Service was quick and friendly, and pricing is nice. I can’t wait to go back.
