The only thing labeled GF is the Pound Cake. All other items on the menu are not labeled. They didn’t have a GF bun for the pork bbq, but that was ok. Three of the five sauces Celiacs can eat. You cannot eat the ribs because of the rub, nor can you eat the sweet potato tater tots or fries. Morgan was super nice, but I wasn’t all that thrills as my glutinous friends were 😂

I ate here a few weeks back but forgot to leave a review so here I am! Smoke On the Water was very accommodating towards me even during a rush hour! My waiter (I wish I could remember his name) sat down and explained every gluten-free option and how they’re prepared, and when I had questions about cross-contact he answered thoroughly. I got the ribs with the spinach casserole (without the ritz cracker topping), and a fruit side, for an amazing price too! Would give 10 stars if I could.

The menu could be labeled better with what's gluten free or not. They did have a good gluten free dessert

Food is wonderful. Menu is diverse. Gluten green options are delicious. Last time I ate there they had an amazing gluten free strawberry short cake. I don’t usually eat dessert but this was delicious. The manager said they were trying to always offer a gluten free dessert. Highly recommend. They have gluten free BBQ sauces too. Location is nice as well.

They do not have items marked on the menu however our server was very knowledgeable and checked items with the chef. It was a delicious meal, if I lived here I would be back. I am also dairy free and they were helpful with this too by sauteing veggies for me without the butter.

Brett, who I believe is the manager, understood celiac disease very well. He was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. He went over the menu as soon as we were seated and was detailed in his explanations as to the kitchen prep and ingredients. Our waitress was also knowledgeable and able to answer any additional questions. The menu is large and there are many options to choose from that are gluten free. It was such a pleasant surprise to find this restaurant and add it to our list of favorites in downtown Greenville!
Yes
Just ask! Very knowledgable about what is gluten free!
Great food in large portions. As long as you ask about everything, then you should be just fine. The waiters will do whatever they can to accommodate you. I had ribs, pulled pork, French fries, and vegetables and it was all amazing!
There is no gf menu or gf items marked on menu. Our server was knowledgeable and went to the chef for items she was uncertain of. Really good BBQ with huge portions! 4 of 5 sauces are gf. Baked beans are not. Bread is not. Great potato salad & deviled eggs. There is probably cross contamination on the grill, so this is not the place for a sensitive Celiac.
