They use dedicated fryers to avoid cross contamination. The owner came by to say that his wife's best friend has severe celiac (hospital admission serious) and tested the menu to "certify" their cross contamination protocols were up to scratch. The waitress noted that she printed "celiac" on the ticket so the kitchen is aware. I felt very safe having my daughter eat here.

DELICIOUS! I’m not usually the biggest fan of bbq but I loved this. My partner (eats gluten) and I got the Smokehouse Nachos to start. It was tortilla chips with cheese, pork, and other lovely toppings!
For the actual meal, I got the Pulled Pork sandwich with sweet potato fries. The sandwich came on a gluten free bun and the fries were HUGE! It was plain since there was only pork on it but I still loved it. I wasn’t sure if I could have the sauces that were on the table so I just ate it plain but if you need a little kick, I recommend asking which ones you could have.
My gluten eating partner got the Pig Mac and he said it was amazing.
The service stressed me out a bit in all honesty, but I think it might have just been me. If it’s my first time at a restaurant I really like to explain to the waitstaff that it’s for an allergy and I felt totally not listened to and rushed to finish what I was saying. She wasn’t rude but you could tell she was rushing for me to stop talking so she could leave. I was worried the entire meal that she didn’t get what I was saying (I know you all on this app understand how waitstaff doesn’t always listen to us) but decided to eat it anyway. In hindsight, I’m sure it was because they get gf orders all the time and she just needed me to say “gluten allergy” and she knew what to do. I was just stressing myself out because the food was delicious and I had no issues after eating it. So I give it a 5/5

Easy to find gluten free options on main menu (and plenty of options). Have a dedicated frier for gf items. Wait staff seemed knowledgeable. Kept my gluten laden order and my daughter's gluten free order straight and separate. Friendly place too.

Love the food and I always feel that the staff is very careful about my food. I have Celiac Disease and I've eaten here many times and never had any issues. The pulled pork on a gluten free bun is my favorite!
I asked for gluten free menu and told the waiter my allergies. I ordered the brisket, greenbeans and gluten free fries. When my meal came it had coleslaw and a piece of CORNBREAD ON TOP OF EVERYTHING! Immediately I told the person bringing the food that this was wrong and I am allergic to gluten and need a NEW order! They brought my food back and I began to eat, half way through I saw a crumb of cornbread piece on my food and hoped that I would be ok because it was too late by that time....on the way home I started getting SEVERE reactions and barely made it home and was sick in the bathroom all night! I assume the staff just took the plate back and took the cornbread off and therefore contaminating my food by not giving me a new order! If a child who has gluten allergies came there they could be in the hospital after that. I tried to contact manager on Facebook and they apologized but did not give me a credit on my bill or respond back with any other offers.
One of the best and most extensive gluten-free menus I've seen. Delicious food and all the BBQ sauces are gluten-free! They are very knowledgeable with a designated gluten-free fryer! My son was over the moon happy to eat fries!!!

I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because my husband, who doesn't have celiac, really liked his food. I, however, ate with a lot of reluctance. I made it very clear that I needed everything on my plate to be GF. However, my plate was brought out with bread on it. The waitress took it away immediately, then came back within a minute. To which I explained that I couldn't have the same plate. She said she swiped off the bread and the fries that it sat on. We will not eat here again.
Fantastic food and great service. They know their GF options. - Their ribs are amazing. A very unique and enjoyable restaurant!
Great pull pork on gluten free bun.
