Great experience and didn’t get sick. The manager took a lot of time to explain the way they would cook my food separate and which choices would be the least risk for cross contamination. They list gluten friendly options on their menu but it was so nice having a chance to ask the staff to cook things separately and talk through their process for my order.

Food on the menu is marked gluten free but the markings are inconsistent. We came during Covid and they have paper menus. When we asked the server to clarify if something was gluten free because it was marked as safe one place and not another, her response was “it’s whatever the menu says” instead of asking the kitchen. I didn’t feel comfortable eating here.

I was not impressed. Their version of gluten-free sandwiches merely involves removing the bun. They don't have any gluten-free buns or bread for all of the sandwiches they offer. I ordered the pizza. The crust was tolerable but there was something weird about the cheese. It wouldn't really melt and it wasn't hot. I sent it back to be reheated and it came back the same but the crust was hotter. It was bizarre. I think they could do better. Additionally, the service was very slow.

GF pizza was excellent. Loved it. The waitress didn't blink when I placed my order and was very familiar with GF ordering. Great to actually eat pizza in a restaurant. I don't have celiac so I do not know if they prepare according to strict gluten standards.

The gf pizza was really good and service was excellent! I would definitely go back.

Had the brewmasters club salad and it was great. The kitchen sanitized the salad station and used fresh utensils. I was confident in their precautions.

DO NOT EAT HERE.. I was served a gluten bun and it seems by other reviews it’s happened before. I was so sick and will not be returning

The food was fine but not great. They have gf buns which opens up a lot of the menu and everything that can be made gf is labeled! I felt totally fine afterward too.

Looking for a park on the Gatlinburg strip can be quite a challenge. We found parking and 3 restaurants that reviews said were a good place for GF. You can park behind “Calhouns” and this restaurant. There are times you may need to pay $10 to park. Anyway, on with the review.

They have 1 menu with Gluten Free options tagged. There are a variety of foods you can get prepared GF. I had the Philly Steak with onions, peppers and cheese on top of a GF hamburger bun with Mashed Potatoes. It was very good. As always, speak to the waiter to ensure they understand it is “an allergy”. Not just for, Kicks and Giggles. Would return.

Clearly stated I have gluten allergy (celiac) when I sat down and again when I ordered. Got the burger w GF bun and broccoli with beer cheese side that they said they could make and have labeled on the menu as GF. After taking a few bites I asked to double check that the cheese doesn't have beer. Turns out the waitress did not have them modify the cheese so it did indeed have beer added to it. The manager came to the table and apologized and took my food off the bill. I discussed the danger of having things labeled GF and not having a protocol in place, esp when my buger was marked as GF. Unfortunately an apology will not make me feel better.
