The staff was knowledgeable about ingredients and I felt safe eating here.

I have only ever had the nachos without sauce. Tell them about your sensitivity. The nachos were very tasty. The staff seemed very knowledgable and eager to assist me with finding something safe to eat.

Be careful here. One of their Asian sauces is made with soy sauce so it contaminates their entire grill. If you order chicken make sure it's only smoked and not finished on that grill.

Knowledgeable staff. Just ask. Thighs, wings are apple wood smoked & then flash grilled with temperature stable sauces. Nothing fried.
