This place is so good and offers so many GF options. Our party had a pancake, omelet, ham Benedict, toast, hashbrowns… all GF. The food comes out with a little stick in it that says gluten free. They seemed very knowledgeable. There is always a long wait, so get online and jump on the waitlist.

Any pancake can be made gluten free at no additional charge and has never caused any issues. They’ve explained that they have a specific process to ensure safety. Great servers Guy and Reed.

The food here is so good! Almost everything on the menu can be done gluten free. When I told the waitress I have celiac she said she would note it on my order and they sanitize before preparing my food.

They have a lot of options and it is delicious! They ask about if it needs to be cooked in a different fryer but cross contamination doesn’t bother me since I’m not celiac so I wouldn’t know if you would still have a reaction or not.

Unfortunately not a safe place for celiac. Manager emphasized pancakes are “gluten free friendly” not gluten free. Cooked on same surface with regular. Offered to make egg breakfast more safely but I still got sick.

Snooze is super yummy and I loved eating there when I was in Denver years ago. Unfortunately, it really isn't celiac safe. My waiter was knowledgeable about GF and even put an allergy warning on our food which made me feel really good about it. But...in the end I still had a pretty significant reaction. I think there's just too much going on in the back for it to be Celiac safe. We had the hash brown stack and a pancake. Maybe if you just stick with the savory you'd be ok? Unsure. As much as I love it, I won't be going back again. Two stars because it's delicious and if you just need gluten free "friendly", you'd have a great brunch.

I was surprised at the level of care our waitress took to let the kitchen know of our celiac allergy. The awesome part was that our waitress has Celiac as well. She assured us that it was safe and made some amazing recommendations. I ate the shrimp and grits and my friend Lindsay ate The Snooze. It was delicious, right portion and really quick to come out. For someone who has lived in several places in the south, this restaurant exceeded my expectations. I am definitely pinning this place to come back to and share with others. Thanks for making my dining experience such a positive one without all the things that come with this disease. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

They brought me the wrong pancakes...then they tried to tell me it was the pancakes i ordered. The bloating i experienced after eating there confirmed there is likely a good bit of cross contamination. This place seems like most restaurants. To your face they make it sound like they take every precaution. But given i cant confirm what they say, ive had bad bloating after eating there several times and they have a huge cc disclaimer on their menu it is doubtful they are safe.

I’m recently diagnosed Celiac, and this is the first restaurant I’ve dared to go. I will say that their servers could use some food allergy training. Literally the first thing the server says when I asked if the chai tea latte was GF is, “Gluten is like wheat right? It should be fine.” I tried to clarify that I’m Celiac and that he would be surprised how many things contain gluten, and he says, “I’m not a dietitian so I wouldn’t know.” I had to ask him if he could check with the kitchen, which he really should’ve just done in the first place. It seems like the kitchen has better knowledge of Celiac because after he spoke to them, he was a lot more confident that our meal would be safe. Even so, he continued to show his lack of knowledge when we ordered our food. For example, my partner ordered the shrimp and grits and I asked if that would also be celiac safe so I could try it. He said something like “grits is made with corn so yes.” It made me nervous that he was unaware of the many places gluten hides (sauces, shredded cheeses, spice mixes, etc.). Food ended up being great though, and I don’t feel sick!

Let your server know that you have Celiac or a “gluten allergy” and they will inform the kitchen. Have eaten here 4 days in a row and no issues!
Most items on the menu are or can be modified to be Gluten Free.

They don’t have a separate gluten free menu but they can prepare almost anything on the menu gluten free. I’m very sensitive of the last three places I ate out I got sick but I didn’t get sick here so I’m super happy to have one restaurant on my list of safe places to eat! I even asked the waitress to note how sensitive I am to gluten and they took extra time to prepare my meal to limit cross contamination. I had the avocado Benedict it was so good!!

I can’t believe this place exists in Fort Worth. It can be very crowded sometimes, but the food is amazing. I had the two Eggs Benedict plate and split a pancake flight (pineapple, sweet potato, and blueberry). Everything was fresh and tasty, and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the gf options.
Staff knowledgeable. Great options including fun unique gluten free pancakes. Items cons out with gf indicator.
I eat here frequently and I’ve never had an issue. The staff is super understanding and can accommodate everything besides the burrito as GF!

What an amazing place! So many gluten free options. I had the sweet potato pancakes and bacon. So delicious and absolutely no reactions. I would recommend this place to other people with Celiac. Our server was excellent as well and took time to assure me of the kitchen's practice to avoid cross contamination before I even ask him about it. They flagged my meal as Celiac and not just gluten free.
Yes
Knowledgeable staff and most of the menu can be accommodated to be GF. I have celiac and felt completely fine after eating here! Food is SO good too.

The staff was great, my kids LOVED the GF pancakes. They did not have GF French toast, but seemed to have plenty of other GF options. Will definitely return!
I’m not a celiac, but I am super sensitive and had no problems eating here! The French Toast Neat is heavenly, and they gave me a free pancake for my birthday. Also had a half order of the Sweet Potato Hash; so yummy! Definitely going back!
Found this place today using this site. It's hard to find places that have GF pancakes, BUT this place has them and they are amazing!!!! Menu does say gluten friendly and they can't guarantee CC wont happen BUT I didn't get sick afterwards. I'm not celiac but am very sensitive.
This was so good. So many options They even offer half portions, so I was able to try eggs Benedict and avocado toast. Service was outstanding. Please build one in Allen!!

I eat here every week and alternate between blueberry pancakes and French toast. Both are delicious!!
SO GOOD!! Our waitress was super knowledgeable on what I could and couldn’t eat. I got an omelette, hash browns, bacon, and a pancake. It was so so good. Highly recommend.

Great place for GF as well as regular items. The GF pancakes were amazing. Highly recommended. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I ordered the Signature Pancake Flight and it was wonderful. You can choose the 3 flavors you prefer and it was plenty of food. All but 2 menu items can be made GF. Neat place as well, enjoyed outside sitting. Definitely give this a try. A little pricey but food was great.

I’ve been here several times now and have dined at Snooze in Colorado and throughout Texas. I second guess pancakes here all the time so I don’t get them, unfortunately. There seems to be a lack of consistency in knowledge about gluten here. I’ve seen them either “forget the stick” or have to take something back. The service is either amazing or not great. Drinks are inconsistent as well. Coffee is always great!
