This place was right down the street from our hotel and it advertised gluten-free. When we got there they were extremely knowledgeable and we ate there two more times after that! Excellent service. Excellent food. What more could you ask for?

I’m not sure if I was glutened or not but I ordered the pancakes and asked if the “gluten friendly” batter would be safe for people with celiac and they said yes. I ate them and then about two hours later was violently throwing up. I’ve never had that kind of reaction since being diagnosed but have also never eaten gluten that I know of. I could also just have been car sick (but I’ve never thrown up before from the car), it’s now day 2 and I’m immensely bloated. Still not sure if it was the pancakes or something else. So I would just say proceed with caution!
Really good pancakes. I had a little bit of a reaction (swelling) but I would say it’s overall safe for a celiac. Also safe for peanut allergy. Knowledgeable staff!

Can’t believe I waited so long to eat here. They go above and beyond on safety and there were a ton of gf choices. In fact, almost anything on the menu can be made gf! All was delicious.

Food and service are fantastic! They asked if I was allergic to gluten (I'm not, just sensitive, but awesome that they asked!) Lots of GF options and the staff is very knowledgeable.

The server asked our whole table about allergies and then told me they can make anything on the menu (except the pot pie) gluten free. I got two breakfasts with a pancake flight to go for my flight home. Everything was absolutely delish!

I wish I had taken a picture for you!! I had the signature pancake flight and it was great!! Three “small” pancakes, your choice. I picked chocolate chip, strawberry shortcake, and blueberry muffin. They were all delicious. I don’t like pancakes by themselves so I added 2 eggs and sausage links. It was way too much food. I mean way too much food, but for $24 I ate it all 😂. The pancakes came out with an allergy marker.

The waiter didn’t know what celiac was. Went to talk to the chef. Came back and said they did not have a gluten free kitchen. Had no suggestion on what gf options could be. Had no suggestion for a substitute for toast. I ordered an omelette. Charged me extra for the hash browns that were included on the menu with the entree. After I called out the extra charge, then removed it. This business does not behave like a safe place for celiacs.

So delicious! I had the coconut creme pancakes (not GF) and my celiac son had the OMG French Toast. Definitely would eat there again. The waiter seemed knowledgeable and verified our order with the kitchen to be sure my son would be safe.

Such a cute eatery! They have outside dining. The servers knew all about allergies and knew which foods fit each specifications. Foods were clearly marked on menus as well! We got the stuffed French toast, and the pancake flight! (All pancake flavors can be made completely gluten free). They didn’t even taste gluten free! No reactions at all.

Wonderful, quirky breakfast/lunch spot with great customer service and a dedicated kitchen area for allergy prep. Was disappointed they no longer offer the French Toast GF but I did have a great GF pancake, omelet, and potatoes. They also had gluten free caramel syrup for coffee and their own coffee and cold brew that was outstanding. Menu was marked with GF items and most non GF items were able to be modified.

The waitress said they are very serious about Celiac and made it sound like the had a dedicated gf area in the back. They can make almost off of their menu items gf, including most of their pancakes and even French toast! Their hot cocoa is also free of artificial sweeteners! Their menu app has a filter and you can see all the gf items and accommodations, and even filter for vegetarians and vegan items!

I ordered the Signature Pancake Flight and it was wonderful. You can choose the 3 flavors you prefer and it was plenty of food. All but 2 menu items can be made GF. Neat place as well, enjoyed outside sitting. Definitely give this a try. A little pricey but food was great.

This place is so good and offers so many GF options. Our party had a pancake, omelet, ham Benedict, toast, hashbrowns… all GF. The food comes out with a little stick in it that says gluten free. They seemed very knowledgeable. There is always a long wait, so get online and jump on the waitlist.

I’ve been here several times now and have dined at Snooze in Colorado and throughout Texas. I second guess pancakes here all the time so I don’t get them, unfortunately. There seems to be a lack of consistency in knowledge about gluten here. I’ve seen them either “forget the stick” or have to take something back. The service is either amazing or not great. Drinks are inconsistent as well. Coffee is always great!
