I’ve eaten here a number of times and have not gotten sick. The staff always seems knowledgeable about GF dining and cross contamination. Good food and alcoholic drinks!
I’m don’t normally eat vegan so some of the dishes are a bit unusual but every meal I’ve had here has been good.

I've eaten here once and did not get sick. It is a plant-based restaurant, but most of the menu was GF. I had the chicken fried steak and fried pickles. Both were great. All GF items were marked on the menu.

Not only safe, but such a delicious, extensive gluten free menu. I’m not vegan, but it didn’t matter. I was especially impressed with the “queso”.

I helped create this restaurant and am currently the general manager. I have Celiac disease, so one of my goals was to create a celiac friendly restaurant where everything can be made gluten free with very little risk of cross contamination. We use separate cooking surfaces and utensils for sandwich buns and pasta containing wheat. Other than buns and pasta, everything else is automatically gluten free. That includes all sauces, breading, fried items, desserts...EVERYTHING. The menu is mostly plant-based with a few optional meat add-ons, but we are entirely dairy-free and egg-free as well. We also have an excellent selection of cider and gluten free beer.
I really enjoyed this place. It’s a smaller restaurant with a cool vibe. Everything is vegan and mostly gluten free, aside from some of their buns for their sandwiches. I got the Mediterranean salad and was honestly shocked at how delicious it was! Their vegan tzatziki sauce really made the flavors of the salad pop and it kept me full. I will most definitely be back here to try some of their other items.

So many options and everything is vegan! The food was delicious and they are very knowledgeable about cross contamination even with the little that could be present in their kitchen. I would recommend making a reservation.

Kooky fun place. Not dedicated GF but very careful and knowledgeable. I had no reactions. And they have a dedicated fryer.

SoRadish is 90+% GF and they are very careful about cross contamination. Everything is vegan, so it’s great for those of us with dairy allergies as well!

100% gluten free and vegan restaurant. Deliciously tasty dishes, friendly staff, and a fun vibe. Indoor and outdoor starting with a strong fanbase with locals. I enjoyed my meal so much we went back a second time.
They do have some gluten bread options for sandwiches, but nothing with gluten goes into the fryer.
Dishes we tried:
- fried avocado appetizer - amazing! The half size order comes with just three slices, less than a half of avocado but it was worth it with the sauce.
- Buffalo Cauliflower Wings - good. A bit spicy for me but still enjoyable, I just needed multiple glasses of water. I usually eat mild so the heat level probably won’t bother most people.
- Spicy Peanut Tofu - ok. A play off Pad Thai. It was good but I would have liked the tofu to be firmer or drained more before battered and fried. I may have liked the dish more if it wasn’t for LOVING the:
- Kale Pesto Gnocchi - amazing! So, so flavorful! I mistakenly thought the gnocchi was made of kale, but it’s actually gnocchi on a bed of kale. The Balsamic Tempeh Crumbles offer a tasty kick to the dish. I loved every bite and want to go back for more!
The table next to us also raved about the Kale Pesto Gnocchi but said the fried pickles were disappointing. They did say they’d be back again.
We had two awesome waiters who clearly enjoy their jobs. Great restaurant even for meat eaters - they’ll still enjoy their meal and wont miss the gluten.
BONUS: two doors down is Rheinlander Bakery, a German bakery that offers a ton of gluten free baked goods. A worker told me the owners’ wife is celiac. Their Lemon Lavender cupcake was our favorite. Great dinner and dessert combo coupled with a walk around Old Arvada Downtown.

Absolutely love this place! As a gluten free vegan, I absolutely love the chicken sandwich. Very rare but special treat! The fried avocado is also incredible. You're going to want to order that as soon as you get there.
So many menu items are already gluten free! This is amazing plant based food, with some options for meat eaters too. Good beer list and atmosphere, the gnocchi was fantastic and I can’t wait to go back and try more!
