Sofi'z Kitchen and Bar

I cannot eat gluten, at all. I started out worried but was told they didn’t use flour or wheat in everything because of the type of food. I had the crunchy garbanzo bean crunchies as an appetizer, the tender chicken chunks, and rice. Delicious and zero side effects!!! Enough food to have leftovers for lunch the next day. The staff was very nice and attentive.
