One of my new favorites! They have a fair number of gluten free options - I believe 7 or 8. Wonderful staff and very layed back environment! I would recommend to anyone! My husband's, who is non GF, has nibbled on my choices, and lived it, as well!

Delicious food and nearly everything on the menu is GF. They have a dedicated GF fryer and clean the griddle before preparing GF meals. Yummy!!

Great food! Had chicken empanadas for appetizer (dedicated fryer) which were super yummy! Ropa Vieja with plantains for dinner and flan for dessert. Everything was great. Very small seating area, no reservations. Very casual setting.

I LOVE this app. If it wasn’t for this app, and all you guys leaving your reviews, I would have never found this hidden gem! So many gluten free options and the food was marvelous. I ordered the empanada (side note on these…the cheese is wonderful), and I ordered the Pupusas. You guys, you will love this place. I cannot wait to visit again so I can eat here!

A hidden gem! I live in Burlington but work in High Point once a week, so I will be coming to eat here every week. They noted “gluten allergy” on my receipt and I did not have any reaction. Loved this place!

My new go to restaurant! So many gluten free options and the dishes are out of this world! They have dedicated fryers for their fries, chips, plantains - even the empanadas are gluten free. We visit at least once a week. Veteran owned and very friendly staff!

Even the empanadas are gluten free! All the items are marked so you can order with confidence and almost the entire menu is gluten free. The fried yuca is so good and the salsa brava is super spicy.

My husband and I tried this place for the first time in February. It was AWESOME! Just delicious. We've been back many times since. There are many items on the menu that are gluten free. One of the owner's used to work as a chef in a retirement facility and had to prepare meals for celiac residents daily, so he understands and is very knowledgeable of gluten sensitivities and those who are celiac. It is a veteran and family owned business. The staff is so friendly. Give this place a try!

Wow! We were so lucky to find Sofrito! Two of us are celiac and ordered the empanadas with beef and potato and ropa vieja with black beans, rice and plantains. All I can say is… why didn’t we find them sooner! Everything was delicious, service is super! I’ll be back tomorrow!
