I was really excited for this place as gluten-free bloggers in the area had recommended it. There was unfortunately only one appetizer option for me. Dinner options were limited to switching out the pasta for gluten-free pasta, normally that is totally fine with me and very exciting. However my friend got the normal version of the Cacio Pepe and I had the gluten-free. They came out and mine was pure watery consistency with over cooked crappy gluten-free pasta. Hers was a completely different color with a nice thick consistency. My friends were semi satisfied with their gluttonous food but I was completely disgusting with mine and won’t be back.
