This place is usually my favorite but today my mom asked for a salad with just vinegar and olive oil (that she gets all the time)because the normal vinaigrette has an ingredient that could kill her but the old man that took her order and (that had already gotten mine) was indescribably rude and didn’t get it for her because « there where to many people » when there was one person behind us and we’ve been there when it’s packed and the usual guy is really nice and does it in 30 seconds. He literally refused to get her order and said it was « too hard and took to long and he wanted to go home» when we where there 30min before closing to my knowledge it does not take 30min to mix 2 ingredients into a salad.when by the time that he finished yelling at my mom the salad could have been done already. He was yelling and just being straight up rude.As the restaurant employee it should be his priority to make sure his clients that are paying him to do his job are safe.Plus a really nice elderly lady in front of us got absolutely scolded by the same man for absolutely no reason. She said she « felt like she was in school getting scolded by the teacher » he also told her rudely that she should order online because it literally took her 30 seconds longer to pay. I highly recommend that this man changes his job to not work with the public.

New review: I am convinced they started cooking the pizzas on the brick oven and then put it on a tin plate after they cook it to make it seem like they’re being safe. The bottoms of the pizza always have black crumbs of some sort which shouldn’t be there if they were taking precautions. Do not eat here if you’re sensitive. Their pizza tastes so good but it can’t be trusted. The employees are always rude or miserable too.

Old review: “I love their pizza so much! I am pretty sensitive to gluten, and I’ve never had any reaction to their pizza. They cook it on a tin container to avoid making contact with their brick oven.”

I’ve watched them make my GF pizza. No change in gloves, same ladle for tomato sauce. Nope, nope.
