Soul Craft Coffee

Stopped here on the way back to Nashville from East Tennessee. Great coffee (Crema) and had a handful of GF baked a few cookies and a house made poptart (pumpkin spice in October), which I got. They warm it in the microwave on a plate so no cross-contamination risk. The GF options for the freshly prepared foods are somewhat more limited. There appeared to be one option, a spinach salad with corn/potatoes. The grains options that could be added to that contained gluten, which was clearly marked on the menu.

Soul Craft is a wonderful coffee shop! Locally owned, they make their own sauces and can tell you what all the ingredients are. They have the items marked on the menu gf and are willing to answer questions and take suggestions. I’ve been here multiple times and haven’t had any issues.
