Employee with celiac here! I’m not super sensitive to gluten but I’m very careful about cross contamination and I eat here almost every shift. Nothing with gluten is ever put into blenders! Tell them it’s an allergy and ask them to clean the blender and have one person take it down the line. Do not get the gf toast or anything with Avocado, guaranteed cross contamination. Our granola is gf but not certified. Sometimes the granola that’s out of the floor has a chance of getting toast crumbs in it. To be 100% safe I’d ask for granola on the side and have them get it from a new container. A great place for vegans as well! The only dairy is in the coffee! Even though we do separate items with peanut butter, People with serious peanut allergies should probably not eat here.
