I went here when staying at the adjacent hotel to get a dairy free meal. They told me that nothing at all is dairy free because there’s dairy in the breading of the chicken fingers so their fryer is contaminated and the meats and burgers are made/heated on the big flat top griddle which is also used to make the texas toast which has butter. The salads are pre prepped with cheese (not sure about croutons).
A appreciated their honesty but I’m not sure how they can have a gluten free menu with bbq meats from the toast crumb covered griddle and fries and tator tots from the fryer that’s used for breaded chicken fingers.
I would ask a lot of questions before ordering off the supposedly gluten free menu. I think the reality is that most of those foods are contaminated with gluten because of the way they heat the bbq, cook the burgers, and fry things on/in shared equipment.

I asked for Gluten Free menu. Some items had been marked out on the menu. There was enough left on it to make a good choice. I was pleased.

They alert customers that there is a post of cross contamination with fried food. They do have food options that are not fried and gluten free.
