The wait staff was super helpful- and even let me know that the fries were not gluten free because he knew that people tend to share that item! Will definitely be back to try other items.

GF bun is an option, but no understanding of CC. Thankfully I brought my own food in to eat just in case. My celiac son can handle some CC but could only eat a plain burger with ketchup and the GF bun.

Management changed, the GF menu has been removed. The GF pasta is cooked in the same water as other pasta.

I ate there and had a salad and was told my meal was gluten free and I told them I had celiac. However about an hour after lunch I got very sick and there must have been some cross contamination along the line.

Really great! Food was really good, gf bun was fantastic! HOWEVER, the wings are on the gf menu BUT they are cooked in the same oil as gluten containing ingredients. Server was super helpful and knowledgeable, very kind. I did not have any issues with cross contamination from what I ordered. I will definitely be back next time I am in Pullman.

They have a separate gluten free menu with lots of choices and are very knowledgeable about celiac and cross contamination. I always request whomever makes my meal put on clean gloves. I've only been glutened once by the food. I've had to return my meal when it arrived at the table with gluteny bread/crutons but they always make me a fresh meal, they never just remove the gluten and send the same plate back out. This is one of the few celiac friendly options in Pullman.

Whole family could eat gluten free without an upcharge. This is a big plus seeing as our 6 year old was recently diagnosed celiac and the whole family eats gluten free when possible to make it fair for her.

The food is excellent. Seperate Gluten free menu. lots of choices. I had the lettuce wraps appetizer and the chicken gyro as my meal. Both were really nice. Service was nice, but the cook was slow, and it was not at all crowded. Server forgot our appetizer, but he asked if we still wanted it and then comped it when I pointed out it hadn't come out.

Appetizers such as the Buffalo wings or the stuffed jalapenos were amazing and GF.

I've never ordered an entrée here other than the Cilantro pesto chicken pasta, and for good reason - it is FANTASTIC.

Had to dock a couple stars because although I eat here at a lot recently, I noticed I had been exposed to gluten in a few visits. If you order the pesto pasta, make sure you receive the linguine and not the penne noodle. I have ordered the gf version (linguine) and twice noticed I was served the penne. The one time I caught this after I figured out the difference, the chef was extremely apologetic and was happy to remake my plate with the proper pasta. I was given a voucher for a free appetizer or dessert as compensation, which softened the error.

As long as these mistakes don't continue to happen (having spoken with the manager twice) I am happy to recommend their food. Some of the best GF catered options available in Pullman, just wish they were consistent about that.

Generally speaking, they are celiac friendly - but at the end of the day human error is still possible. If they could treat it with the oversight of a customer with a life-threatening allergy, perfect; of course celiac isn't life threatening with accidental exposure, I would still appreciate more diligence in ensuring the right dish is going out.

P.S. The drinks are fantastic.

That said, since I can spot it, I will continue to eat here and do recommend trying them.

Great food! Gluten-Free menu consisted of salads, burgers without buns, steaks and ribs. We had the ribs, and they fell off the bone. Best ribs I've ever had! Service was great and the hostesses were very helpful with the menu.
