Appetizers such as the Buffalo wings or the stuffed jalapenos were amazing and GF.

I've never ordered an entrée here other than the Cilantro pesto chicken pasta, and for good reason - it is FANTASTIC.

Had to dock a couple stars because although I eat here at a lot recently, I noticed I had been exposed to gluten in a few visits. If you order the pesto pasta, make sure you receive the linguine and not the penne noodle. I have ordered the gf version (linguine) and twice noticed I was served the penne. The one time I caught this after I figured out the difference, the chef was extremely apologetic and was happy to remake my plate with the proper pasta. I was given a voucher for a free appetizer or dessert as compensation, which softened the error.

As long as these mistakes don't continue to happen (having spoken with the manager twice) I am happy to recommend their food. Some of the best GF catered options available in Pullman, just wish they were consistent about that.

Generally speaking, they are celiac friendly - but at the end of the day human error is still possible. If they could treat it with the oversight of a customer with a life-threatening allergy, perfect; of course celiac isn't life threatening with accidental exposure, I would still appreciate more diligence in ensuring the right dish is going out.

P.S. The drinks are fantastic.

That said, since I can spot it, I will continue to eat here and do recommend trying them.
