I had the brisket loaded baked potato with no issues. There was staff confusion so they need training, but luckily someone heard a guy giving me bad info so he went and grabbed a paper and showed the guy taking my order that was safe for me #celiac

Been here multiple times and it’s safe. Let them know and they’ll use a separate board and gloves

My daughter has Celiac Disease and we are just two weeks from diagnosis and learning how to communicate with the restaurants about it.

After saying hello, I let them know that we need to ensure everything is gluten free. They immediately got the staff working the counter to wash hands and pulled out a clean cutting board and knives. They checked on each item to ensure we didn't get anything gluten free.

I see another review indicates the sausage has gluten (true). Note that the Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage does not have gluten and it is fabulous.

Always a joy! The staff is very friendly and accomodating.

All meats are GF except sausage. If you inform them of your allergy, they will get out a fresh slab of meat and use new knives, cutting board, and gloves. I believe at least one of the sauces contains gluten, so I avoid them both. The meat is delicious without, though! I usually get the Ranch Hand (served with a bag of chips on the side--avoid the SunChips!) with potato salad.

Sliced bread is kept away from the cutting area, so you just have to keep an eye on sandwich buns and sausage.

Celiac friendly?

Yes
