Our server, Roberto, was extremely knowledgeable about gluten issues. Instead of going through the entire menu (which, he said, would bore me), he told me they had gluten free pasta which could be substituted in most dishes, as well as cauliflower pizza crust. He told me to pick something that intrigued me, and he would work with the chef to ensure it was gluten free, with a few obvious exceptions. I had an amazing pasta, chicken, mushroom, and garlic dish without any negative side effects. The dessert menu had two GF options called out, but I was too full from my huge meal!
