Such an amazing place! They have gf crust and breadsticks. Their gf pizzas are made in a separate place then the gluten ones. I’m a sensitive celiac and I didn’t have any issues! Highly recommend!

Good place in Fremont. GF crust and “breadsticks” are Udi crusts which is fine. Sauce and toppings are very tasty. Great to have a place to go.

Spanky's is fantastic. I grab a pizza from here regularly, and it's always delicious.

For full disclosure, occasionally I do get some slight cross-contamination symptoms, but with as many pizzas as I've ordered, and as easily symptomatic as I am, it's no surprise. I'd say it happens about 5% of the time. They definitely do their best to control for cross-contamination, but eating out is always a risk, and I find the risk here very low, even compared to "certified" restaurants.
