This place is a hidden GEM! Chicken parm dinners were great! Came with GF spaghetti that was perfectly cooked & tasted amazing...not like some rice pastas when overcooked! Also included a full package of Schar GF breadsticks! Prices were not inflated as with some places that have upcharges!

The absolute best GF pizza in the 518. It's thick and doesn't taste like cardboard. Great size too, about the size of a regular medium pizza, unlike most GF pizzas that are very small. It is soooo good. Knowledgeable staff, dedicated oven, fryers and prep space. In addition to pizza there are many other GF options - mozz sticks, chicken tenders, chicken parm, etc. I'm obsessed with this place, must try!!!

Dedicated gf fryer and oven. Had no issues and I'm very sensitive. They are knowledgeable about cross contamination. One of the employees told me someone related to the owner has celiac.

cannot recommend this place enough. separate fryer, pizza oven, freezer for celiac safe pizza, wings, chicken parm, mozz sticks, etc. the mozz sticks were the best gf ones ive ever had.

Had a fantastic experience here! When I called to place my order I specified that I had a gluten allergy and they took the time to explain that all their GF ingredients are stored separately and they cook all GF items in a separate oven. They even taped the pizza with a piece of brightly colored tape to specify that it was GF! Pizza was delicious, and I’ll definitely be going back to try their other GF items

Spindle City Pizza makes delicious, gluten free pizza and takes every precaution possible to prevent cross-contamination! They also have a dedicated fryer for gluten free wings, mozz sticks, and more! Their staff is highly knowledgeable and so friendly and helpful! I cannot recommend them enough!
