Updated for winter 2020-2021 that they are still celiac safe - it’s super expensive so you get what you pay for- but their menu is pretty limited.
edit: one of the other reviews on here said they don’t upcharge for gluten free bread, but we paid 2 extra for a gf bun at dinner one night.
Also, the waiter said that the oats were gf, but I asked him to double check and bring them out. They were not certified, so I explained to him that most celiacs would shy away from non-certified oats, but they may still advertise them as safe. We were lucky they weren’t busy so we could have him bring them out to us.
This place is so expensive! We spent $40
on two very small sandwiches when we had just eaten at Teton Thai for the same price and gotten an extra 3 meals out of the leftovers. But lots of options, definitely Celiac safe. We have eaten here for breakfast lunch dinner and après ski. The menu has lots of delicious options and things are not marked as gluten free but the staff went through the whole menu with us. They have a dedicated fryer and the food was delicious. I recommend the twisted Reuben it was phenomenal and I like their sweet potato fries a lot.
