I got the fried brussel sprouts and the pear salad - the salad was alright but the friend brussel sprouts were great! Hostess made a note about me being celiac and they have a separate fryer

Very celiac friendly!! Waitress was knowledgeable about allergies. She was really patient while I asked if each thing was gluten-free. Expensive, but felt really confident eating here. Too bad I was still glutened from eating at Teton Thai.. 😒

We ate at Spur for dinner. The service was great and most of the items on the menu could be prepared gluten free! All but one of the main courses could be prepared gluten free. We enjoyed the fried Brussel sprouts (dedicated fried), deviled eggs, crispy pork belly, and the corn-crusted trout. Everything tasted great! Would definitely come back.

Updated for winter 2020-2021 that they are still celiac safe - it’s super expensive so you get what you pay for- but their menu is pretty limited.
edit: one of the other reviews on here said they don’t upcharge for gluten free bread, but we paid 2 extra for a gf bun at dinner one night.
Also, the waiter said that the oats were gf, but I asked him to double check and bring them out. They were not certified, so I explained to him that most celiacs would shy away from non-certified oats, but they may still advertise them as safe. We were lucky they weren’t busy so we could have him bring them out to us.
This place is so expensive! We spent $40
on two very small sandwiches when we had just eaten at Teton Thai for the same price and gotten an extra 3 meals out of the leftovers. But lots of options, definitely Celiac safe. We have eaten here for breakfast lunch dinner and après ski. The menu has lots of delicious options and things are not marked as gluten free but the staff went through the whole menu with us. They have a dedicated fryer and the food was delicious. I recommend the twisted Reuben it was phenomenal and I like their sweet potato fries a lot.

This is one of the best places I have been on vacation with Celiac. Great job, guys! Highly recommend the burger!

Very knowledgeable staff and nice atmosphere. I had a great burger on a gf bun. They have a dedicated fryer for fries.

Staff was great and knowledgeable. Work hard to make sure that the 2 celiacs in our family had a great meal. Gluten free pancakes were fantastic! Very accommodating with great food.

The staff was very knowledgeable and double checked with the kitchen to answer my questions. Very friendly. I had the special, duck breast on mashed potatoes with asparagus. It was delicious, as was my cocktail.

More like $$$! They have a separate fryer, and almost everything is/can be GF
Amazing staff and service! In addition to having celiac I also have a number of food sensitivities...our waiter and kitchen staff worked to make sure I was safe and provided options for sides that would accommodate my dietary restrictions. The salmon was amazing.

The food was good, and the server was knowledgeable about gluten and dairy. When my husband's pork chop was taking a long time to cook, they brought out a free appetizer of fresh veggies in a gf dressing! Be forewarned, however, that this is definitely not a $ restaurant, but more like a $$$. It is in one of the Jackson Hole Resort hotels.

Very aware of gluten free needs. Can accommodate anything to be gluten free. They have a dedicated fryer as well!!!!

The staff is knowledgeable and reassuring -perhaps overly. My daughter w/ Celiac had safe GF and fries for one meal. Second time a few nights later (busier night) we were assured again. She got violently ill several hours later. We’re pretty sure the bread was not GF since her reaction was the worst we’ve ever seen. I have a Nima but did not use. I learned my lesson and can never trust even after strong reassurance of safety.
our host reassured me right away. our excellent waiter told me of the gluten free fryer and rolls and bread. it was hard to decide. my waygu steak salad was very good.

lots of options for celiac - knowledgeable and careful

really excellent food with knowledgeable friendly servers. Lots of good GF choices. I had a great burger with a wonderful GF bun.
Can make almost anything on their menu gluten free except their short rib. No GF dedicated frier but great alternatives and no up-charges for anything gluten free! Had a local WY beef burger with salad that was phenomenal! Just be sure to double check if your celiac as they infuse ale into a lot of their in house made items.
