The pizza was great but thin. Toppings had great flavor but was a little burnt. The environment left much to be desired and was expensive considering we had to clear our own table. For it having table service prices there was trash everywhere and with very limited seating; it was odd one whole table was management paperwork with a do not remove sign? If you are shopping at the outlets; I would recommended it as a safe food option. But I would never go back just for the pizza.

Ordered gluten free pizza. Told the guy taking the order it was for an allergy. He made sure the girl making my pizza knew she had to get the ingredients from the back to make it gluten free. When it was ready, he said he was sorry it took so long (I did not think it was long) because the girl making the pizza used an ingredient from the front so he made her remake the entire thing to make sure it was safe. No reaction!

This place has a great GF selection. The cauliflower crust is really good and their GF pasta actually has flavor. They use clean gloves and cooking utensils when they know it’s an allergy. Definitely try them out.

Glutened :( I was very excited because it sounded like it was going to be safe. For pasta a separate pot, water and strainer. I got pasta with meat sauce. It was very good but the pasta was a little hard. Looking at the set up I wouldn’t even try to eat a gluten free pizza here because there is too much opportunity for cross contamination. I ended up bloating up and having stomach pain a couple hours after eating. Classic gluten signs. Disappointing because they seemed to try but CC is tough. I do believe that most of the time people could eat the pasta safely given the stated precautions but it just takes the littles bit of CC. Restaurants always have inherent risk.

Was very nervous when first walked in due to the set up being similar to a chipotle line. The worker there reassured me they would be as careful as possible, change gloves and cook pizza by it’s self. Had the GF cauliflower crust with sauce, parmigiana cheese and grilled chicken. It was very tasty.

The food was amazing! GF Pizza was out of this world. GF Pasta was okay it was chickpea pasta. Meat sauce and Greek salad were good! The family that was with us that doesn’t have to eat gluten free loved their food as well! Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgable!

My daughter with celiac disease is also a very picky eater. She loved the GF pasta and chicken here!
My wife and I got a pizza (not GF) that was amazing as well.
They were very knowledgeable about gluten sensitivity and precautions to take for celiac.
Highly recommend!
