Ate here based on another review but was not impressed. The waiter would get confused asking GF questions and I believe he was repeating a script. Fryers are not dedicated GF - any food that they called "gluten friendly" but required frying would be cross contaminated. Items are not marked on the menu and had to be pointed out what could be made or was GF.
We wife got the Greek salad with salmon. Crotons were not mentioned on the ingredients list but we still had to remind the waiter to take them off after ordering. She said it was fine, but the salmon was very spicy.
The restaurant feels like a Red Lobster but they had extra money and bought all of Pizza Hut's arcade machines. We do not feel like the quality of the food justified the price.

This is a new restaurant in Branson and our server, Cory, was very knowledgeable about celiacs and gluten free. He pointed out what I could eat in the menu. I ordered the blackened shrimp with veggies (which he marked no seasoning for me) and wild rice. He made sure to go over my order and reread to me what he wrote for the kitchen. The food was good and I didn’t get sick from it.
