I really can't say enough about Stak'd. While they aren't 100% GF the chefs, staff, everyone takes the allergies very seriously. I have been probably over 10 times now and have always had a great experience. If you want a recommendation they have some of the best burgers, fresh, delicious, cooked to order. I don't get the GF bread as they offer tots, fries and sweet potato fries all in a dedicated frier. I love their wings, one of the very few places that don't fry wings - when did this become a thing - all BBQ'd- so delicious. If you can tolerate dairy they have fabulous shakes. I usually just 'scam' a couple of scoops off my kids, highly recommend the strawberry shake! They have a really nice bar too, plenty of GF options as far as alcohol. I am and will continue to go back regulary. A true Gem and all my daughters college friends love it too, GF, vegetarians and all.

My son said the gluten free Oreo shake was awesome. They were very helpful and the burger with gluten free bun were delicious. Sure wish they had gluten free cheese sauce so we could have enjoyed the loaded fries.

Best burger, beer and fries in Milwaukee- has a dedicated fryer!They have a dedicated toaster! They use separate utensils. The best is they have gluten free wings & gluten free chicken nuggets. I wish I had more time to eat there everyday! On top of all that, they also note gluten allergy.Stackd Burger Bar also offers 4 different GF beer choices. I will FOR SURE be back!

This was the first place at which I ate out after my diagnosis (and it was only by necessity because I was attending a concert with friends in Milwaukee, and we traveled from Madison, so I had to eat in the 10ish hours we were away from home). I had posted in a Facebook gluten-free Milwaukee group to ask for restaurant recommendations near the concert venue, & several people recommended this place. The staff seemed very knowledgeable, so I got a burger with a gluten-free bun, french fries, and a gluten-free Oreo milkshake. The milkshake was absolutely divine (all my friends went to Kopps frozen custard on the way there and I was too nervous to risk it, so was happy I got my sweet treat with dinner). I wasn’t that impressed by the gluten-free bun, and I’m starting to realize that it will often be a better choice for me to go without a bun, than to pay the extra few bucks places charge to get a mediocre bun that just detracts from the deliciousness of the burger. But all in all, I highly recommend and did not get sick eating here.

I had a burger and fries delivered. Their app allowed me to disclose allergies and they were noted on the receipt stapled to the bag. Udi’s bun. Burger and fries were as good as a delivered burger and fries can be, but they were safe and I didn’t get sick so I’m a happy customer!

They have a dedicated frier for gluten free foods. As well as when I told them that I have celiac they actually knew what that was and how to deal with it. The menu is clearly marked for gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian options. This was a big deal for me because I have other food allergies along with celiac. Over all the food was amazing and I didn't have to worry about cross contamination.

I went here before going to the Pabst Theater and had a good experience. There are a lot of gf options to build your own burger! The server somewhat rudely told me they have "procedures" when I stated I needed gluten free and asked if they could prepare it with new gloves, utensils, etc., so that was a little disappointing.

I asked if they still had a dedicated fryer and the waiter smiled and said "we just got a bigger one!!" I felt very safe and even had a local gluten free beer with my burger. The fries were fantastic. I got a burger on a gluten free hun which was just okay. The bun was dry so definitely get one of the house-made sauces to offset that a bit.

While they completely butchered all our orders, it was so good, none of us were that upset!! Delicious burger. Dedicated fryer for fries. Gluten free bun was actually good! When I asked to confirm the fryer was Dedicated, she said yes, it was, making it safe for people with celiac. I hadn't mentioned celiac at that point, so just the fact she knew before hand, was reassuring.

I didn't get any symptoms after. 100% would go back!

Awesome spot to feel like a non-Celiac! Waitress informed me that once she writes “Celiac” at the top of the ticket, the kitchen takes all necessary steps to prevent cross contamination. Food is prepared in separate part of the kitchen and there’s a dedicated fryer. When the waiter brought out my order, he made sure to inform me that it was all gluten free. Impossible burger was delicious!

When you’re celiac, finding a safe and classic “burger and fries” is hard to come by. Stack’d delivers! I always stop when I’m in MKE. They understand celiac and allergy handling. The fries are in a dedicated fryer and all of their sauces are homemade and gf. I have eaten here (both dine-in and carry out) repeatedly and never been sick or had reactions. Highly recommend.

I've eaten here a few times. It's always delicious. Most things in the menu are available gluten free and you can specify celiac. Gluten-containing burgers are marked by a fried pickle on top. I have very sensitive celiacs and I've never gotten sick from Stack'd.
