Had a great dinner, ramen was delicious and my daughter said her burger was the best she’s ever had! Wait staff was excellent and was able to help us adjust any item on the menu so that it was gluten free.

The server seemed knowledgeable and told me they boil rice noodles separately for the ramen, if your allergy/sensitivity is that severe. I asked for it to be done and I didn’t get sick :) the ramen bowl was good. They had a great cocktail menu.

The burgers and ramen can be accommodated as gluten free. If you specify the severity of the allergy they will boil your rice noodles in fresh water and new utensils. The ramen was very savory and the staff was very nice.

Had lunch there today and both my server and the back of house staff were very knowledgeable about what on the menu could be made gluten free, including the salads, the ramen (with rice noodles), and the burger. I got a burger with no bun (they do have gf buns but I also can’t eat oats, and they couldn’t verify that there were no oats in it) and a side salad, and I was fine. We did go at a slow time (late afternoon), which is what I always recommend.

I ate lunch here today and really enjoyed my meal. They have four ramen bowls, each of which they can make gluten-free with rice noodles. They don’t have a separate gluten-free menu or dedicated fryer, though.
