One of the best gluten free restaurants I have tried! The server said everything fried is in a dedicated fryer and all of the batters are home made gluten free! I tried a little bit of everything nachos, boneless wings, fried pickles, and a burger! Everything was SO good and I had no reaction! The burger bun was one of the softest I have had! The portions are also large! Can’t wait to go back!

Great place in the heart of Dwight that is dedicated to firefighters! We met the owner Pete, who is gluten and dairy free, so I ate here confidently. The waitress did check on a few items for me, just to be safe. I had the 12oz. NY Strip with green beans cooked in oil and a baked potato. My daughter had fried pickles as an "ignitor" or appitizer, and a burger on a GF bun with fries. All was delicious! If you are ever passing through Central Illinois or live within an hours drive, check this place out. And if you're a FF, bring a patch for the wall!

Excellent options for dinner but theydo not serve lunch! We had a large group and everything was delicious! We had the nachos and cauliflower for appetizers and the waitress stated there was a designated fryer and safety precautions. I had the ribeye, mashed potatoes and green beans for dinner. Everything was awesome with a lot of leftovers! The waitress said her husband is gluten free and works in the kitchen so he is very conscientious about safety. I had no negative symptoms and I am very sensitive. I will definitely be going back to this wonderful restaurant.

Just about everything can be made gluten free. (Even chicken sandwich with gluten free breading) Delicious. Owner is very knowledgeable!

I placed an online order for a pick up. I called and spoke to a young gal first and asked about them having a dedicated GF fryer, as stated on here. She told me yes! So I placed an order and when I arrived an hour later for my pick-up, they didn't have my order received on their end. As I was standing there speaking to the owner, the order popped up. She said she could rush it (I declined bc it was very busy) and I mentioned having celiac and the fryer. She said they do NOT have a dedicated fryer and she also told me the nachos were not GF due to the chips going in the fryer. While it was out of my way to go there to pick up my food (25 minutes each way) and it was inconvenient, I was not upset with them. Things happen and the owner was fantastic handling the situation. I'm actually VERY glad it hadn't gone through for some odd reason, bc it prevented me from being glutened. Due to the owners response to it all and how it was handled, I will definitely being going there to eat! She was great and let me know what I could have if I choose to go back.

Many gluten free options. Was even told “if you see something else you want to try we’ll do our best to make it happen” The owner of this establishment is gluten free and dairy free so they take your diet restrictions very seriously. The last time I went I was able to have gluten free deep-fried lobster! Highly recommend!

Many gluten free items, but not a dedicated fryer or area. Gluten free pizza, pasta, brownies, potato soup, hamburger buns, chicken strips, apple crisp.
