I finally went here for the first time and was impressed by the gf options. The menu is very well marked and a majority of the options are gf. Great tasting food and nice portions, especially for the soup!

They were careful in preparing my food and I did not get sick, but the food was just so so. I got the Buddha bowl and had it prepared with olive oil, so it wouldn’t have dairy. It was a large portion of mixed quinoa and wild rice with sautéed mushrooms, sautéed spinach, fried leeks, and pickled beets. The beets were good and really made the rest shine. Perhaps if it had the goat cheese on it, it would have been better. I felt like it needed some vinegar or lemon juice to brighten it up.

I am so happy to have found this location! I had the sweet and spicy sweet potato bowl (quinoa, wild rice, avocado, etc.) and they made it vegan so dairy free as well. I had no reaction and the food was delicious. I was told that all the salads and Buddha bowls were GF. They also had 4 dairy free milks including GF oat milk, so my coffee was delicious.
