They will change gloves and layout parchment paper when making your sandwich and they seem to take glut allergies seriously, once you express allergy over preference. Mostly all their desserts are gluten-free also: cheesecake, flour less chocolate cake, tiramisu, etc.

Excellent place! They have gluten free flatbread and sandwich buns. For their DELICIOUS charcuterie boards, the workers even pulled out a package of gluten free crackers for me to add to the plate. Highly recommend for a light meal and casual hang out.They even had desserts that were made specifically gluten free.
